NYT Cooking has a massive recipe library and is super user-friendly, but BA often has more in-depth articles and techniques. For new cooks, maybe NYT just for sheer volume and ease of finding basic stuff.

I'd say Bon Appetit has more 'fun' recipes, like things you'd impress people with, while NYT is more everyday reliable. Depends on what you're after. Both are good though!
